                                         Contract for the usage of the Border City Hose Company Banquet Hall


1. Contact person for the Border City Hose Company Hall- LeeAnn Weigand (315) 521-7842.
2 Rates are $25.00 per hour.
3. Required Deposit fee of $75.00. At the end of your function, a member of the fire department will verify the cleanliness
       of the hall and if it is left in good condition, your deposit will be returned. If the banquet hall is not cleaned property, a fee of
       $25.00 per hour to clean it will be charged.
4. Banquet Hall Capacity: 109 people with tables and chairs; 200 people with chairs only.
5. Person reserving the Banquet Hall will be held liable for any injuries and for any/all damages including real and personal property at your function.
6. Allow enough time for clean up in order to vacate the building by the stated finish time listed below. Additional charges will be assessed if your function goes over the allotted time.
  1. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
    2.        If alcohol is found on the premises during your function, you be asked to clean up and leave immediately.
8. All tables and chairs must be cleaned and put back in there original places. Equipment, ovens, stove tops, sinks, counter tops, kitchen floors, banquet floor, men's room floor and ladies' room floor are to be cleaned.
9. You are responsible for removing your own trash (dumpster is located on the north side of the building).
10. Try to use minimal heat, lighting and air conditioning.
11 No parking in front of the firehouse. Park on the side or out back of building.
12. No one is allowed in the Engine Room. (used as emergency exits only).
13. Any violation of the above rules, your deposit will be forfeited.
