The Charter Members of the Border City Scuba Team held there first meeting on October 4,1982. Those in attendance were. Robert Dwello,William Linkner, John
Morabito, Dave Mumford, Paul Nadeau, Robert Shipley, Chuck Valder, Jeffery Weigand.
Scuba diving is very hazardous. To do it without any training is like playing Russian roulette with a loaded hand gun.
